Chicken Kadai
Kadai chicken is a popular Indian dish characterized by tender pieces of chicken cooked with bell peppers, onions, and a blend of aromatic spices, the dish gets its name from the “kadai,” a traditional Indian wok or pan in which it is typically prepared, the chicken is usually marinated in yogurt and spices before being cooked with onions, tomatoes, ginger, garlic, and a special blend of kadai masala spices, which may include coriander, cumin, fennel, and dried fenugreek leaves.
